I've been reminded a number of times this season of the healing power of dance and the opportunity for expression that dance can provide. This piece was created with the intention of working through the complex set of emotions that came with navigating the constant state of flux we've been in over the last couple of years and the isolation and separation that came with it. For that reason, I will always look back on this piece with a sense of gratitude and pride!
